The next owner will have the pleasure of sailing what is, without doubt, the most enjoyable yacht I have ever sailed. She is fast, easy to handle and, above all, incredibly responsive. She accelerates effortlessly, and even small adjustments to the sail trim make a noticeable difference. The helm feel is fantastic, providing just the right amount of feedback to understand exactly what the yacht is doing, without ever becoming heavy or tiring. And whenever you feel like taking a break or enjoying a coffee, you can simply engage the autopilot.
One of the things we have appreciated most is how well she performs in light winds. It is incredibly rewarding to see double-digit speeds so frequently, even in relatively modest conditions. Her excellent sailing performance also means that we have hardly ever needed to use the engine, except when entering or leaving harbour. Manoeuvring is remarkably easy, thanks to her light displacement and powerful electric motor.
We have primarily used her for holiday cruising, often spending several weeks at a time on board. Of course, she is not the largest yacht, nor does she offer every imaginable comfort, but we have never felt that anything was missing. Our philosophy has always been to prioritise the joy of sailing over having a fully equipped galley. There is plenty of storage space for all the sails and the personal belongings of four people, making extended trips perfectly manageable.
This yacht has given us countless wonderful memories with friends, from beautiful summer days under blue skies to wet, windy and challenging passages. But regardless of the weather or conditions, every single day has had one thing in common, we have had an incredible amount of fun sailing her!
