The Hallberg-Rassy yard has built over 200 yachts of this popular model. The first 54 hulls were produced between 1991 and 1994, Mk I. HR 39 Mk II was built until 2003 and the main different between these two are the transom. Mk I has the traditional transom and for the Mk II, the yard developed a built in bathing platform. The rest of the hull, sail plan, keel and rudder remained the same.
The 39 offers two cabins with great comfort, a spacious saloon with a seagoing galley, navigation area and a light and generous toilet compartment. In the Owner´s Cabin you will find two separate beds with a seat in the middle. The U-shaped galley is directly to starboard when you enter the yacht and offers perfect support to the chef, especially when sailing, without interfering with the natural flow of the yacht below deck.
The HR39 has some really good features; the well protected cockpit with fixed windscreen, generous storage space throughout the yacht and the construction of the hull which gives her natural and comfortable movement. All this makes her the perfect choice for bluewater cruising. Hallberg-Rassy have a flawless reputation for their interior woodwork and the 39 does not disappoint. A light mahogany in matt silk finish combined with fine joinery gives an exclusive feeling on board.
Hallberg-Rassy 39, NICOLINE remained in her first ownership for 25 years. Her second owner decided on a major refit to make her as good as new, including full service of all equipment on board, new teak deck, installation of a new bow thruster and engine, change of sail wardrobe and a bathing platform was fitted at the transom. NICOLINE’s previous home port was Las Palmas, but she can now be found at Kungsviken in Orust.
If you are looking for the best-looking and equipped Hallberg-Rassy 39 on the market, be sure not to miss this yacht!
