The Malo 39 is a lovely yacht for those who enjoy sailing and spending time aboard. The hull shape provides excellent sea comfort. The craftsmanship from Malo is fantastic and the interior is made of high-quality mahogany.

The layout includes a forward owner’s cabin, Saloon with sofa and two armchairs, aft guest cabin, galley, navigation table and heads with shower. Compared to many other yachts of her size, the stowage space is excellent.

Malo 39, RUBICON was delivered from the shipyard in 1999. She is a “standard” Malo 39, i.e. she has an integrated bathing platform in the stern (which the “classic” does not have). RUBICON is a yacht that likes to sail on the oceans and has made a trip around the world with her current owners, who bought her in 2010, refurbished her, set off in 2017 for adventures and returned to Sweden summer of 2021.

RUBICON has been continuously updated and well equipped with what is needed for longer trips. Her accommodation is comfortable with watermaker, combined wind/sea generator, solar cells, wind vane steering, furling mast, electric winches, large set of sails, navigation equipment, satellite communication, and more.

RUBICON is located at Orust, where she is tucked up for the winter in a heated shed at Vindö Marin.
