The Hallberg-Rassy 39 is a highly popular model from the renowned Hallberg-Rassy yard. Once again, the collaboration between German Frers and Hallberg-Rassy was successful, resulting in a model that has been in production for over 10 years and with more than 200 hulls built. Boats manufactured between 1991 and 1994 are MKI, while the MKII was produced until 2003. The most significant visual difference between the versions is the sugar scoop stern with an integrated bath platform in the MKII.
The Hallberg-Rassy 39 model provides excellent comfort with two cabins, a spacious saloon featuring a seagoing galley, a navigation area and a well-lit, spacious toilet compartment. In the owner’s cabin, there are two separate beds with a central seat. As you enter the yacht, the U-shaped galley is conveniently positioned to starboard, offering optimal support to the chef, especially while sailing, without disrupting the yacht’s natural flow.
The Hallberg-Rassy 39 boasts remarkable attributes, including a well-protected cockpit with a fixed windscreen, ample storage space throughout, large tanks for water and diesel and a hull design that ensures a natural and comfortable motion, making it the ideal choice for blue water cruising. Hallberg-Rassy has a stellar reputation for their interior woodwork, and the 39 model lives up to this standard. The light mahogany with a matte silk finish, coupled with great craftsmanship, imparts an exclusive ambiance onboard.
Hallberg-Rassy 39, ROBINSON was bought by her current owner in 2003, when she was just one year old and little used. ROBINSON is a spoilt yacht that has been stored inside during winter times and she has had numerous upgrades and services over the years. The yacht has been based and mainly sailed in Holland but she has also done 3-4 seasons including trips to Orkney, Shetland, Norway and Sweden. In 2009 ROBINSON did the ARC and ended up in second place in her class.
ROBINSON is a very well-maintained yacht that is equipped for, and fully ready to do costal and/or ocean sailing.
