It’s time to make history again by launching a new 22-meter yacht, the Solaris 74 RS. Over the years, the shipyard has developed and designed several models in this size of yacht, each yacht has become more innovative and performed better on the water than its predecessor. The owners’ needs and ambitions have been satisfied and each Solaris yacht offers safe and easy offshore sailing.
Designer Javier Soto Acebal and the shipyard’s technical team have once again done a fantastic job. Responsiveness from previous owners’ wishes has in practice made this 74-footer unique in its kind.
There are two clear areas for improvement that have created the essence of this yacht. First, you are met by the modern hull with forward buoyancy and the chine design ensures perfection when slicing through the water. The second is the extremely rounded stern section which creates ideal conditions for the twin rudders.
A wide cockpit with class-leading distance between the double steering wheels characterizes the deck layout of Solaris yachts. Here, they have successfully managed to place the companionway to the starboard side and easily accessible without being disturbed by the cockpit table, which is placed towards the port side. The cockpit backrest enables a forward-facing position for guests on board, and they can also enjoy a wide sun lounger.
Below deck you are greeted by a bright and spacious raised lounge, the large windows create fantastic light and you have an unbeatable view. There are several different layout options, high comfort and space characterize all. The volume in the hull provides ample space for 4 double cabins plus crew cabin with separate heads and rather special midships engine room.
The yard is now looking for those of you who are interested in getting involved in this new 22-meter-long Solaris project. Together with your knowledge and energy, Solaris wants to continue the story written by Solaris and by sailors who love them. This is a top-class yacht project that will make your dreams come true.
